The Town of Huntersville Parks and Recreation Department maintains a large number (12 in all) of parks and facilities. Not only are they great family recreation options but also host national amateur sporting events for both youth and adult associations. Another gem is the Huntersville Family Fitness and Aquatics (HFFA) facility. The HFFA website accuratley states it is "a place that attracts people because of its exciting variety of programs, state-of-the-art facilities, and relationships with others.
